You can work with a coach by phone or Zoom - or in-person at our Seattle office, your own workplace, or off-site. You can even arrange to hold a workshop for you and your friends or colleagues. Or, you could sign up to do a TEDx talk!

What do you want to improve upon? Together, we can work on any of the following:

• Practice the art of thinking on your feet and speaking up with greater confidence, spontaneity, and effective delivery skills (impromptu public speaking training).
• Compose / edit your speech, pitch, script, article, promotional material, emails, stories.
• Practice or rehearse for your presentation, speech, training session, sales or elevator pitch, video, Q&A session, or an event at which you will emcee or provide brief remarks.
• Role-play to prepare for an interview, business or social conversation, sales call, meeting, class, difficult conversation, special event.
• Create, update, or fine-tune your resume and prepare for interviews. Work with a resume coach to get the resume writing services that make YOU stand out.
• Address additional issues such as: goal setting, creative problem solving, time management, meeting planning, emotional intelligence, conflict management, active listening and building rapport, leadership skills, team building, test taking, professional and educational development, personal and professional coaching.
• Learn the art of public speaking in its various forms. Be ready to step into a role at a moment’s notice.
• Join a writing workshop or work with a writing tutor to help you with content creation - whether it’s business writing, a blog, a memoir, or an escape into fantasy!

Fees below apply to individuals only. Ask for an estimate if you are interested in training, coaching, or consultations designed to benefit your group, team, or staff.

Sandy is located in Seattle but will travel. Travel fees may be extra.

Payment policy: Payment is due at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Receipt of payment less than 24 hours in advance will result in automatic cancellation, and you will need to contact Sandy to reschedule.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you may either receive a refund or reschedule at no extra charge.

Expiration of package orders: An order for an individual hour expires 2 months from date of purchase. An order for multiple hours expires 12 months from date of purchase. Hours or credits may not be transferred to any group sessions.
